Brenda Boone
Brenda has many roles within WRRC. She is our Principal overseeing compliance and regulatory requirements from FINRA and the SEC. She works to make sure our clients come first and that begins with maintaining the regulatory standards.
Another role Brenda holds is that of a Financial Advisor. She works with and partners with clients to develop and maintain a Financial Plan to help her clients feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and empowered in regards to their finances.
Brenda moved to Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio to be closer to her children and grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family. With 4 children and 12 grandchildren, Brenda spends a lot of her time with her family and friends, watching grandchildren’s sporting events, plays, concerts, and simply sharing a meal together. As well, Brenda enjoys reading, gardening, her small group Bible study, and road trips in her convertible. She is a member of Redemption Chapel in Stow, Ohio.

John Boone
For John, working with his clients is a partnership. He sees himself as a part of the client’s team, bringing the pieces and parts together to form a succinct plan for the benefit of the individual or family. As your Financial Advisor, John is a resource in Financial Organization, Objectivity, and Financial Education.
John joined Western Reserve Resources in 2005. He had the distinct opportunity and privilege to study and learn under three of the original Partners. Their influence and experience can be seen in John as he works with his clients.
On a personal note, John and his wife, Jill, live in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He is often coaching one of his children’s sports team, spending time on the golf course with his wife and son, or enjoying their backyard into the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. They are a part of the the Redemption Chapel in Stow, Ohio.

Debra McConville
As a Client Service Specialist, Debra serves as a concierge to your financial experience. Under the Advisors’ directions, Debra performs several of the necessary tasks in developing a financial plan for our clients. As well, Debra is available to answer any questions and concerns you as a client may have. She will help follow up with you and any necessary parties to ensure your plan is followed.
Debra came to WRRC in July of 2012. Before joining our team, she held administrative duties in a Canton, Ohio legal firm. Debra has an Associates in Applied Business Administration from Stark State College and an Associates in Art from Kent State University. She currently lives in Brunswick, Ohio with her husband, Tom, and their two cats. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and painting. Debra and her husband are avid whiskey collectors.

Jared DeLiberato
Jared’s goal as a Client Service Specialist is to serve as a concierge to your financial experience. Under the Financial Advisors’ direction, Jared performs several necessary tasks in developing a financial plan for our clients. He is also available to answer any questions and concerns you as a client may have. Jared will help follow up with you and any necessary parties to ensure your plan is followed.
Jared came to WRRC in the summer of 2014. He is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a B.A. in Elementary Education. He has a passion for educating and empowering individuals to accomplish their goals. Before joining the team, Jared worked with special needs students in the Hudson City School System. He also managed the Vocational Program for adults with disabilities through Koinonia Homes in Mayfield Village. He and his high-school sweetheart wife, Laurie, live in Cuyahoga Falls with their three children, Dominic, Leonardo, and Elena. Along with his responsibilities at WRRC, he and his wife own and operate a gluten-free cottage bakery. They are a part of The Chapel Cuyahoga Falls Campus. Jared is an ardent Subaru owner/enthusiast.

Malynda Mathur
Malynda joined WRRC in April of 1999. As a Office Manager, Malynda provides service to our clients and also directs them to the Advisor who can best answer their questions. She coordinates and ensures communication with intra-office streamlining administrative procedures. She assists the Financial Advisors with preparation and follow up during our clients' annual reviews. She also performs administrative duties in regards to maintaining client records and account maintenance.
Malynda went to Ohio University and studied Exercise Physiology. She attends Fellowship Bible Church in Chagrin Falls and is an avid Ohio sports fan. In her free time, Malynda likes to be outdoors and spend time with family and friends.

Dylan Lanning
Dylan first began at WRRC in 2018 as an Intern while attending Bowling Green State Unversity. After graduating in 2021, Dylan began full time as a Sales Assistant with WRRC. He currently is studying to become a Financial Advisor for WRRC.
He works alongside the para planners and other office assistants to prepare the materials for client meetings and then assists in implementing any updates made to their financial strategies. As well, he is available to answer clients questions or help them get in touch with whomever they wish to speak with.
Dylan has a degree in Business and a specialization in Finance from Bowling Green State University. He lives in Streetsboro and attends Fishcreek church with his family in Stow. When not at work, Dylan spends time with friends, on the golf course, or catching up on shows and movies with his dog, Zeek.

Jill Boone
Jill joined WRRC in the Fall of 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. She assists the Advisors in following through on action items from Client Reviews.
Originally, Jill grew up in Michigan where she met John shortly after he graduated college. They moved to Ohio in 2005 and she was a homemaker until she joined WRRC when their youngest started pre-school. Jill enjoys caring for John and my four children, participating in Bible study, reading, and playing sports like volleyball. Recently, she took up skiing so she could learn to ski with her family who are all avid skiers or snowboarders.

Laurie DeLiberato
Laurie joined the company in 2007 to help two of the partners retire. She aided the team by developing a plan to transition our clients through the partners’ retirements.
Today, She is responsible for creating and implementing our design materials and events for our clients.
Laurie has a Bachelors of Science from Spring Arbor University in Psychology and an emphasis on Graphic Design & Marketing. She and her husband, Jared, live in Cuyahoga Falls with their 3 children. They attend The Chapel in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She & Jared also started DeLiberato’s Bakery, a gluten free bakery in Cuyahoga Falls.
